why are my biscuits not cooking in the middle all the time 😢? Be advice.

Hi Aarti! Temperature varies oven by oven. In that case I would recommend to keep biscuits a little longer on 350 (add 5 to 10 minutes at a time) making sure that it doesn't turn dark golden brown and then lower the temperature down to 170. I used to run into this kind of issue initially when I tested put the recipe. Hope this helps.

Hi! Yes, at least 8 hours of soaking lentils is required. I sometimes soak it for 10 hours, too

Miss patel I'm shubham shukla , and i love eating makhaniyas but while eating today in that same manner dipped in chai, i found the quality of makhaniyas are worst as they are manufactured by muslims here in surat ,gujrat. So i thought to start a business and i thought let's try to know how it made, than i came across your video and now I'm sure, we will definitely delever best quality of makhaniyan to the surat's civilians 😂 thanks for the recipe. 😋

Hi Shubham, i love makhaniya biscuits dipped in chai or coffee. I came up with my recipe, which is different. In the same way, everyone has their own versions. My mom sends me packaged makhaniyas from india, but i enjoy eating those a lot, too. Thank you for watching my recipe video.

Hi, it is super simple to make apple butter at home. You cook apples with brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Then when its all cooked, blend it.

I'm trying to understand how kidney beans are included in slow cooker recipes since I was taught that they must be brought to a "furious boil" to break down lectins in the beans that can make you ill. Is this why you switch to saute at the end? Does that step produce the strong boil needed for kidney beans and is that why the step lasts for 15 minutes, which is about the right amount of time to break down the lectins?

Soaking the kidney beans helps in the process and since the instant pot cooks under pressure despite it being slow cooking it breaks down the lectins and phytates

Milk will not curdle if vinegar is added to raw(cold) milk because the acid in vinegar will only react to the warm/hot milk. Just like how paneer is made.

You will need to have a right amount of acidity added to milk. Also, temperature of milk matters too. Just like making paneer.

how much time will it take? Mine is 3 idly per plate and i kept 3 plates. I poured like you did in the video(75%). Can you tell me how long will it be in On? So that i can wait till then. Because I am sure that it took more than 14 mins. When I saw the water was not there, though the idly is cooked

How much time will it take to cook? Like you mentioned 14 mins, but looks like it is taking more than that. I waited for long and turned it off myself manually, and when I saw, the whole water has evoperaterd.. If I had kept few more mins, it would have burnt. Please give more information..

Hi, it would depend on how much idli batter you pour in the mold. It should only be filled 75% of the mold. I would add 1.75 cups of water next time.
