I like that the parks in perth have small cafe shops with benches and tables. Very nice feature. Makes for a more relaxing, peaceful day to enjoy at the park. Parks here in the US dont have that.

Thank you for this video. Have always liked the Belmont area. Loved to walk around nearby Tomato Lake in Cloverdale. The vibe in Belmont Forum is awesome. If I were to live in Perth again, I will seriously consider buying a place there or nearby Rivervale.

No way thats in Perth, for one thing the traffic in the right hand lane is moving faster than the left. Also I cant see anyone changing 3 lanes at once without indicating for a sudden left turn. Also theres no one parked in the breakdown lane causing all 6 lanes of traffic on both sides of the road a huge traffic jam as people slow down to have a look.
