A lot of people like those big heavy calibers that have slot of recoil. It just don’t take all of that! I agree with a lot of people about a 243. That’s an excellent caliber for deer. Shot placement is the most important thing. ✝️

Thanks dude. Installing a TT special in my 2005 LE Classic 700 in 308. This rifle is an inherent shooter but the factory trigger and the ergonomics of the stock just didn’t mix well for me. Hoping to see smaller groups

Nice setup. I am putting setup together to go next spring bear hunting. In either Idaho or Montana. I bought a new Browning rifle. A Xbolt Hells Canyon Speed Long Range 280AI. Haven't decided on a scope yet. Scopes I have been looking at. Leupold VX5 HD 3x15x44mm wind plex HD 4-20x52mm TMOA VX6 3x18x44mm TMOA 3X18X50mm TMOA 4x24x52mm TMOA Leica amplus 6 3x18x44mm Trijicon tenmile 4x24x50mm Zeiss v4 6x24x50mm Any suggestion on a scope? Planning on reloading a Berger or Hornady ELD bullet.

I wish I had family to hunt with... hell, I wish I had family period. I got nobody. I don't have family & I moved cross country away from my only friends I have that I consider my family. Enjoy what you have guys, some of us aren't that lucky.
