Thank you Shelby and Meghan! After finishing the nurse coach collective in November, I decided to move from a 1 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom apartment in a different country with the idea of using the 2nd bedroom as an office for nurse coaching bz. My goal was to be moved in by Thanksgiving. Check! My goal for December was to have my office set up with a desktop computer, a standing desk, an office chair, and shelving as well as to decorate my new living space for Christmas. Check! My goal for January was to have most of the pieces together for my biz. Fail! 😬 I should mention that I have my own house cleaning and pet care business. The pet care piece always picks up over the holidays. I'm also in a newer romantic relationship and since the beginning of the year, we have been spending more time together. Now I feel like I've lost momentum. This podcast was exactly what I needed to give myself grace. 🥰

I’m on a retreat in Cancun, trying to really relax. It’s been hard. The carnival is happening, there is loud music, screaming and celebrating, whistling, slamming noises, and I think, how will I relax with all this loud stuff happening? These trigger me in every sense. I was sad this morning thinking its going to be loud again today and I have to be careful not to get triggered. BUT! I just listened to this video, so beautifully timely, and I will keep your words in my head, and I’ve already started to feel better. This is encouraging and I appreciate you.
