I am taking a 764 from JFK to LHR next month and one thing I wish US carriers could improve in economy is the seat recline. It’s nowhere close to what European carriers.

I live in Atlanta and I have never seen a line of aircraft waiting for takeoff that long before like good lord.

To your question, yes, flown Delta's -400ER back in 2010 from DTW to LHR way before the refurbishment. Had a relative basic and scruffy feel to it despite the 777 style cabin and new (then) touch screen IFE. This looks much nicer.

Looks like a Toga takeoff although the engine can rev higher. Probably due to the outside temperature and air pressure. Hence this Toga takeoff is only at around 88-89% N1

My experience is flying from Chicago to Grand Rapids and then from Chicago to Atlanta. Its a very cosy aircraft which causes issues for passengers who travel with carry on. Personally I loved the single seat which reminded me of flying on a Saab 340!

Flew over Hartsfield back in 1998 at night when I was training for my private enroute to PDK with my instructor, it was amazing. Atlanta approach control cleared us through at 4000 feet above the airfield..never forget it..awesome..

I fly from the US to Brazil often and I’m given two meals on the 8.5 hour flight. The options are usually pretty good, but if you’re on an overnight and get breakfast, I’d go for the omelette instead of the sandwich. But everything is usually spot on

Cool, had similar snacks on my Alaska flight last week. Will be flying in a few weeks on United to Denver in economy plus on the 737-800 from Atlanta so thanks for sharing. Haven’t flown United since back in 2018.

I’m flying southwest from Jacksonville to St. Louis then from St. Louis to Kansas City to see my dad next month I’ll take southwest over delta anytime Southwest Airlines are cheaper and I’m flying business select on southwest for 522 bucks delta coach is over 1000 dollars now and the seat room is horrible delta isn’t what it used to be with Southwest Airlines business select I’m one of the first aboard so I can sit right in the front of the plane so if I have to use the restroom during the flight I can walk right around the people next to me they don’t even have to move it makes a longer flight better and the legroom is huge in the front I hope in the future Southwest Airlines has a nonstop flight from Jacksonville straight to Kansas City mci with no stops anywhere that way I don’t have to change planes at all I’ve got a feeling that’s coming eventually Southwest Airlines rocks
