The City Council should make the consulting groups study public. I'd be very interested to see the examples of "peer cities" as well as the listed price options within half a mile. The capacity for the baseball stadium is 5,400. We do not have that much parking capacity in downtown Fayetteville within half a mile of the baseball stadium, newly paid parking or otherwise. An analysis of the anticipated income, and what be decreased business revenues will be as a result would also be of interest to the public.
