We do not fund start-ups unfortunately, we offer funding to established businesses with a turnover of R30 million per annum and can provide 3 years of audited financials.

01:48 🧻 Cultural habits influence the low purchase rates of moist toilet paper in the West. 02:08 🚽 Western countries use dry paper for cleaning, while other cultures use water-based methods. 02:42 🧼 Positioning and packaging of moist toilet paper on shelves make it seem less appealing. 03:36 🥔 Walkers Crisps overtook Golden Wonder by introducing multiple flavors, occupying more shelf space. 04:24 🧑🏭 Kimberly-Clark shifted from toilet paper marketing to addressing factory safety issues. 05:13 ✋ Adding skeleton images to protective gloves makes workers more cautious with less dangerous tools. 05:56 🚴 Helmet usage in cycling shows how safety measures can lead to riskier behavior. 06:37 ✈️ Korean Airlines improved safety by making pilots speak English to reduce hierarchical barriers. 09:02 ⚙️ Introducing a neutral word like "pickle" in factories helps address safety violations without social awkwardness. 10:06 🚂 Addressing train overcrowding by offering exclusive trains for season ticket holders can improve commuter satisfaction. 11:53 🍽️ Frequent flyers get upgraded experiences on airlines, suggesting similar treatment for frequent rail users. 13:02 🤖 Humans experience life over time differently from machines, affecting their responses and satisfaction. 14:08 🕰️ Reducing variance in experiences over time is crucial for consistent satisfaction. 15:26 📈 Financial industry often emphasizes short-term gains over long-term stability. 17:00 🤯 The commercial world often fails to consider the psychological experiences of consumers and employees. 18:35 🧠 Economists' definitions of irrationality may not align with real human behavior and mathematics. 19:41 🖥 Businesses often make defensible decisions rather than the best ones to avoid trouble. 20:00 ✈️ British Airways offers limited all-business-class flights from London City to New York, with potential cancellation due to low demand. 20:24 🏙️ Flights from London City are less popular because PAs and travel agents prefer the safer option of Heathrow-JFK to avoid blame. 21:23 📋 Compliance training completion improved from 67% to 98-99% by involving managers and adding accountability. 22:59 👔 Employees are more motivated to avoid upsetting their manager than by direct threats, showing the power of social dynamics. 25:01 ⚽ Penalty kicks in soccer show that social embarrassment can affect decision-making, with players avoiding high-risk, high-reward actions. 25:47 🚀 Elon Musk's "permission to fail" philosophy encourages innovation by allowing room for risk-taking. 27:02 🐝 Bees' random journeys illustrate the importance of non-compliance for discovering new opportunities in uncertain environments. 29:18 📈 Fame increases luck and opportunities, making it valuable for businesses even if the benefits are hard to quantify. 32:12 🚉 Stations installing seating increased takeaway sales, highlighting how simple improvements can have significant benefits. 34:59 🎯 Measuring only quantifiable metrics can limit actions that are obviously beneficial but harder to justify with data. 36:30 🚄 Reducing travel time isn't always the best metric; quality of time spent, like on trains versus planes, can be more important. 39:00 🌐 Adding Wi-Fi to trains would have been a better investment than reducing travel time, offering a more competitive advantage over flying. 40:08 🧠 We often don't know why we feel a certain way; our explanations are usually post-rationalizations. 40:39 🛂 Airport queue stress partly comes from social embarrassment due to the people behind us watching. 41:11 🍹 Men avoid ordering cocktails unless the glass is shown, fearing it might come in an embarrassing container. 41:54 🍸 Using mason jars for cocktails removes male anxiety about drink presentation. 42:26 🚗 Road rage is influenced by the feeling of insult when seeing the back of another driver's head. 43:07 🚉 People dislike standing on trains partly because they lose the use of one arm and can't engage with their devices. 44:07 📊 Humans perceive things based on context, not objective reality. 45:11 🚌 Framing a bus ride from the plane as convenient changes passengers' perception positively. 46:04 📖 New technologies gain attention because we focus on their advantages over old ones. 47:22 🧀 Fashion and product preferences can shift based on what's novel or seemingly authentic. 47:49 📦 Online shopping might hit a ceiling in growth, similar to trends seen with books and cinemas. 50:19 🚫 Avoiding downside risk is essential; repeated small risks can lead to significant cumulative danger. 52:04 🛍️ On eBay, sellers with less than perfect ratings struggle to sell even at lower prices. 52:38 🍔 Consistency and low variance in quality make brands like McDonald's preferable in certain situations. 53:22 📉 Loss aversion might not be a bias but an intelligent approach to managing risk.

The carbon taxes levied on the sale of ICE vehicles and fuel are supposed to be used to incentivise "green" technologies like BEVs through subsidies. Our parasitic government and it's policies instead do the exact opposite. What happens to the money collected through carbon taxes? The money should be ringfenced for the sole purpose of cleaning up the environment and financially supporting environmentally cleaner technologies and not used for any other government purposes.

These Ads are absolutely horrible and narcissistic. When we see performance art all we see is liberal narcissism and virtue signalling. Burger King made the same mistake and they suffering the flack. We just see narcissistic BA students on screen put there by BSC and Bcom proffesionals. Weird

I don't know if this massage will reach the right poeple but by faith I hope it does, the is a new program in investec partnering with Gde in hopes of producing 💯 , and alot of my peers who are deserving where chosen based on their grade 11 report However my report had errors and to my bad luck was not fixed untill the starting of term 2 meaning I was not selected for those who would receive that great opportunity ..my center manager was able to contact the poeple who are dealing with this program and by bad luck again they said it was to late and the was nothing they can do as they have already chosen the leaners that they would be working with, please give me a chance envestec , I worked really hard but the miscalculation of my report was beyond me, please consider me as a student in this honorable program and I will work hard to produce that mark of 💯, Imy new report is qualifying for bieng those top acheivers, please I plead with you to reconsider as I really need this I am from hammaskraal centre where the program is held in makgetsi high school 🙏🙏🙏
