Go to the Campaigns module and open the specific email campaign you're interested in. 2. Click on Reports for that campaign. 3. Under the report, you'll find detailed metrics, including Unsubscribes and Bounces. These are typically displayed in the ‘Recipient Activity’ or similar sections. 4. For a deeper dive, you can click on these metrics to view detailed lists of the recipients who unsubscribed or whose emails bounced. As a solopreneur, I wish Bigin would offer *automatic* incoming call logging. Right now, auto *outgoing* call logging is all that is offered, which is a bummer. Why Zoho CRM can do this and not Bigin? It's been a feature request for literally years now and no movement.

Thank you for this comparison. It looks like since this video was released 2 years ago, the pricing model for HubSpot has scaled even more aggressively, their pricing is separated into different modules with key features buried in each module. And the price for a single one of these modules at the professional level is higher than $450 per month. A lot of the key features that I would really want to use in Hubspot, like the workflows, are stuck behind a paywall that would cost my organization in excess of $10,000 per year, which is a deal breaker considering a lot of the features that are being blocked we could set up pretty painlessly using simple low cost Google tools. After checking out ZOHO initially I had a much better feeling about it, it seems very customizable and a lot more reasonably priced for what it does. The ease of the HubSpot interface is definitely a nice draw, but not enough to entice me to drop five figures on it. Videos like this are very valuable in helping me make a decision.
