I was 17 years old in 1977..I saw the original Kool and The Gang..I was 12 years old the 1st time I heard of them The Wild and Peaceful album.. jungle boogie, Hollywood swinging and funky stuff.. I was blown away .. the music was so good that it can’t be described.. though this is not the band from the 70s/80s the fire that I felt from their music is still there.. I love Kool and The Gang.. K&TG along with James Brown JBs & Prince’s Revolution not forgetting EWF and ParliaFunkadelicment are the greatest and influential jazz, blues and funk groups of all time…RIP🎼🎶🎶🎶 Rick West, Spike Mickens, Otha Nash, Clifford Adams, Claydes Smith, George “Funky” Brown, Dennis “DT” Thomas and Ronald Bell.. Kool and The Gang 4ever.. let the music take your mind.. spirit of the boogie

No need to be sorry man! It is what it is - better than nothing! Take it or leave it! Thanks for video taping! I also have recorded the whole concert with my phone, you actually see me in the picture the whole time. 😄 And I got the stick from Peter after Bluebird and bought the surf green strat that Cory played on stage. (How can I not, if it was for sale at the merch.😅) I'll upload my version when I have the time to deal with it. And btw. the phone recording is not bad. I recommend not using the digital zoom, but nobody cares at all. Even Vulfpack, Louis Cole, etc use it as a low quality effect in their vids. 😂

Mooie show, topband alleen bagger geluidsafstelling, echt niet te genieten, jammer want het zou zo mooi kunnen zijn. En 013 sinds wanneer is het standaard om oordopjes te moeten dragen om daarbij meer als de helft van de muziek te moeten missen. Schande in een tijd dat er al zoveel gewaarschuwd wordt voor gehoorschade. Je zou ze een hiervoor proces moeten aandoen.

These are a lot of different members. It’s not the same to me. No JT? Forget about it! He, back in the day, was Da Man! I just can’t accept this new band. Not the same. Sometimes things should just remain the same. This, for me, is one of those times. Peace.

There's only 2 of the original 7, I believe are still living and that's Robert Bell and Brown. They have to keep it going with new members. Gotta keep that legacy going ✌️

Tengo 63 años, viví lo mejor de la musica( modestia aparte), mi grupo favorito es Led Zeppelin. Pero cuando ibamos a bailar Funky a la disco, solo esperaba que pusieran Kool&the Gang, lo mas grandes para mover el esqueletor.

I'm 62 I'm just glad Robert keeping it going because original band members leave and others die off somebody gotta keep the Funk alive that's how I feel about all the 70s bands THIS RAP CRAP AINT HITTIN ON NOTHING KEEP THE FUNK GOING I BLEED FUNK THAT ALL I LISTEN TO.LOOK LIKE I SEE ROBERT AND CURTIS OUT FRONT NOW ON SAX.

I believe that's JT Taylor who is singing the song Fresh. He was with the group back in the 80's
