As of the 2020 Census: 1. Little Rock 202, 591 2. Fayetteville 93, 949 3. Fort Smith 89, 142 4. Springdale 84, 161 5. Jonesboro 78, 576 6. Rogers 69, 908 7. North Little Rock 64, 591 8. Conway 64, 134 9. Bentonville 54, 164 10. Pine Bluff 41, 253 Little Rock finally hit 200,000 in population and has seen steady growth since its founding in 1821. It is estimated that LR will hit 210,000 by the 2030 Census. Conway is the fastest growing city in central Arkansas, along with Benton (35,014) and Bryant (20,663). It is estimated that Conway will surpass NLR in population by the 2030 Census, possibly reaching 70,000. Northwest Arkansas is the fastest growing region in the state, which includes Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, Bentonville, and Fort Smith. The population growth is bolstered by the presence of the University of Arkansas, the corporate headquarters of JB Hunt Trucking, the international headquarters of Tyson Foods, and the international headquarters of Wal-Mart all being located there. Jonesboro is the largest city in Northeast Arkansas and home to Arkansas State University. Jonesboro is only about a 60 minute drive from Memphis, TN. Pine Bluff, county seat of Jefferson County, is one of the worst cities in America for crime per capita, and has lost a significant percentage of its population over the last thirty years (from 57,140 in the 1990 Census to 41, 253 in 2020) mostly due to crime, gang activity, lacks policing policies, and poor leadership from city hall. PB is consistently seen on "Most Impoverished Cities in America" lists. Jefferson County is also home to a number of state and federal prisons and correctional facilities.

Once again, a KZbin video tries to pass off a city's strict limits rather than the size of its metropolitan area. One great example is to maintain that Minneapolis is smaller than Milwaukee, when the Minneapolis-Saint Paul metro area has more than twice the population of Milwaukee's. I believe MSP would actually rank #2 in metro area!

Sadly, the flowrate for the Missouri and Mississippi says the mouth of the Mississippi is the Missouri, and the mouth of the Missouri is the Gulf of Mexico, but at this point no one wants to shorten the second longest river.
@bobs1823 жыл бұрын
Yes, the MIssouri-Mississippi is the longest river in the US. The river itself has two names along its' length. The lower part of the Mississippi could just as easily be called the Missouri.

Of course, people don't come to VT for the cities, but the neat small towns and beautiful countryside. Pretty neat that only 4 cities exceed 10,000 in population. I thought Brattleboro might have made the list. South Burlinton is just suburban sprawl, so not appealing at all. Burlington has nice features, but I love the many wonderful small towns from Woodstock, Norwich, Chester, Grafton to Middlebury, Manchester, Dorset, and Stowe. It is a lovely state, save for the socialists who run it!

Why do you even bother? What’s your point? Let someone write about a subject they know something about, We don’t need more fake information. After the recent years of government, maybe this is tolerated but it’s not right!
