I'm intrigued! Looking at the price, it seems the IRIS 3 will be your direct competition. Curious to see how the VSCEL Illum. stacks up against the IRIS. Looking forward to seeing these hit the market.

How will this compare to the IRIS though, prices are nearly the same and I think the slider on the iris may give it the edge. It’s also SMALL (same size as an NGAL)

Ya’ll are gonna have to drop that price. At the same price as the new Iris 3, from a bigger more reputable company, not sure how this will do. That’s a bigger company w more support and this is your first lam, you’re asking a lot.

@ not a horrible price at all, I just picked up and reviewed an SMS laser HFXC for $245 and it’s pretty solid. That being said RIX has good customer service in my experience.

Says Gen 2+ on their site. The generation classifications don't make that much difference these days though, and each individual tube type and the housing you put it in will have drastically different capabilities.

@bmbullman i used to work with PVS31s at an aviation unit. Not WP just regular green tubes. I ordered the RNV with their highest WP tube and Im really impressed with it. Gen whatever it looks and performs well to my eye.

Would you happen to know if the rnvg-c is compatible with the Argus apnvg (panos)? I saw on your website it’s compatible with the L3 gpnvg. The housings look identical but not sure if they are the same. Would be awesome to throw a clip on for them.

@@RtGilli I will say so far while I’ve been using it my biggest problem is when there’s a light source from behind me or from behind into the side of me I get a lot of reflectivity off the glass and I’m wondering how that’s gonna work while driving under them I’ve yet to drive with these on because I’m waiting to get my new IR lights for my truck
