Probably the best video on Iceland I have ever seen. Its my dream destinations. Can I get tour plan for this or links to read about the fanstatic locations. Sep/Oct 2021 I am planning to go....lets see😊.

Beautifull pictures, but how did you get all the permissions to flight into all that restricted areas? Thingvellier is a national park, so it´s prohibited, Skogafoss has restrictions due to a small airfield close to it and so on... ?

Iceland is a drone-friendly country. The no flight zones can be found on the Icelandic Transport Authority (www.icetra.is/aviation/drones/). As you can see there are no airports in the vicinity (1.5 or 2 km) of the Skogafoss. In addition, the places where not allowed to fly are indicated with a sign prohibited for drones. If your drone is equipped with a geofencing technique (eg DJI) it is impossible to fly there.
