I just made another video where you put the egg yolks over double boil and add sugar. Whisk for about 6 to 8 mins till they reach over 165.

I made that today but used fresh green beans, extra sautéed mushrooms and onions. 1/2&1/2 added seasonings and butter. No soy sauce.

I flip mine every minute, it makes for a more even cook, also I elevate my steak and cover it with a large bowl. It keeps the steak hot while it rests and the elevation keeps the crust from going soggy.

This was the weirdest way to cook a steak, to top it off why add plain Irish butter on top of the steak when resting it, if you put a butter on top at least add a compound butter because your basically ruining your crust on the steak for no reason, no flavor was added 🤦

Meat is flavor, that cut only needs salt, and that’s a premium cut so getting, and that butter u should treat it like if it was a compound butter, ya never know.

The skin gets very crispy. You can always throw tin foil over the top if you don't care for that taste.

Hello, i’m wondering if anybody will be able to help me my son use one of the pots to make sunny side up eggs but when he cracked the egg, some of the egg white rolled on the side of the pan they burnt is not that bad, but I don’t know how to clean it up. Can I use the same method is not the inside of the pot it’s on the outside, I really appreciate it. Anybody can say something about it. If I could use the same method on the outside of the pot appreciate it thank you

It should work. Make a paste and apply it. Try soaking it in boiling hot water, then apply the baking soda paste. Let it sit, then scrub it off. Let us know how it goes.
