I had a lovely week in Cornwall last week, starting with 2 nights in Tintagel, 1 in St Agnes and 2 in The Lizard. Friday was down to Penzance for an hour or so and then over to Sennen Cove and Cape Cornwall. A wonderful week which I hope to repeat later in the year. I always think Penzance station looks solid and snug, bracing itself against the wild Atlantic storms. Great to see the place on a fine sunny day here, as it was when I was there recently. Great video

2 tractors leading that train. Cornwall is the only part of GB that I haven't visiting yet :(

I'm doing this route, albeit on a GWR Class 802, in two weeks. Hope the weather is the same.

Well done for capturing Penzance on a nice sunny day, Dorridge was the destination of the train.

Thanks for watching. I just noticed I spelt Dorridge wrong. Oops. Hope you had a great day.

I miss the sound of the tube gradually approaching your platform...our fleets since the Seventies sound like jet planes...plus many folks here are uncomfortable with their brusque accelerations and brakings: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fpfRgHudmMZrbrc

½ as much longer than that '73 stock, either one of our fleets seems programmed to take 1½ seconds' less time at pulling into the platform here

Question for y'all, Is the London Underground Subway Operates 24/7/??
@johnkelly1083Ай бұрын
Sadly not. They have to close the tunnels at night to do engineering/maintenance. There is a service called the "night tube" which runs on a few select lines. I think it's just weekends though.

Excellent video of my out and out favourite locomotive. The shine on her paintwork is positively staggering and equally, I do not think I have ever seen a collection of carriages to the same gleaming calibre. A huge credit to all those involved with the maintenance. Top notch !

Thanks. I watched your videos. Really good captures. I live around this area by estuary so I didn't have to travel too far to see it. Incase you were wondering what that beeping sound is, there was a man with a drone. Had a nice conversation with him. He had no idea there was going to be a steam engine on the other side. He took some interest.
