But penalty, fine should be applied for throwing garbage, waste material, industrial water,garbage relaese, toilet drainage etc. Also Thank you for protecting, preservation of our Country Water resources. Also should make dam in order to make Water clean, electricity generation, flood control on rainy seasons, tourism near to Katmandu / makwanpur valley as suitable for all above mentioned water preservation work plz think about its income return & environment control, Environment attraction.

Water is very clean, drinkable as shown in beginning of the video. Human activities have ruined bagmati river water. We should take care of this river.
