In my particular case, after first being offered 30% refund, I have now been offered a mere 60% refund for the product, despite their own return policy clearly stating that a full refund is guaranteed if returned within 30 days of receipt. This insulting proposal only demonstrates their unwillingness to honor their own policies and resolve customer issues in a fair and reasonable manner. I strongly caution anyone considering a purchase from Dazuma to think twice and do thorough research before proceeding.
