I'm just worried about something, the PS3 i already have for years has a almost 500GB HDD and is almost full now, if i did that i would possibly lose some games that are not available anymore, if there was a way to copy/transfer all the HDD data to the new SSD i would do that no time🤔

Wow, that was WAY easier than I thought it was going to be. Instructions worked perfectly for adding 1 TB SSD onto CECHA01 PlayStation 3 Backwards Compatible PS1 & PS2. Did not need the USB stick nor the PUP file--system instantly recognized the drive and asked me to format it. System Information confirmed 953 GB drive installed (875 GB available).

if it don't work on your specific tv either you have the wron hdmi spec and cec handshake issues as for the console should suppor widescreen as a default optionn not sure on the slims however i do believe the phats do support widescreen, you're in 4:3 mode

Btw, instead of the first tenkaichi game, try the second installment. Its my favorite in the series and its got a killer soundtrack. It's much cheaper than tenkaichi 3 as well. Great video and interesting choice of games to test out the console with.

i use a ps2 scart cable (yes, you can use a pal region one) and plug that into an O.S.S.C. honestly i cant play it without an upscaler like that. its so blurry it gives me headache.
