Obsolete or not, any “retired” US military hardware should at no time be sold,loaned to, or gifted to ANY foreign country allies, or not. Instead any hardware capable of being refurbished to a safe useable state should be placed in reserve status for any possible future deployment if the need arises. BTW yes I’m fully aware do so would no be cheap to do.

Not a single piece of this hardware had any business leaving US soil to ANY foreign military PERIOD.

WW2 ,and the German parachutes didn't have a hole ,and they jelly fished , if you landed when the chute went up you were OK but if the chute was going down you could break your legs.Hence the hole to have a controlled descent. I know this as my father was a para in ww2.

Ive seen an american A10 doing its thing in battle in Afghanistan. Its like an angel of vengeance i dont know how else to describe it. Absolutely terrifying engine sound and then that gun..... Sent in to clear up after there was bits of what used to be people hanging from trees like chunks of hot meat on a spit. Just mindblowing air to ground support
