May God bless your family and keep doing the great things you are doing. I still remember watching Parker Bohn bowling on TV Saturday afternoons after I got home from my Saturday morning youth league. I loved watching your videos when I first found them, this video even solidifies that even more!!!

I bowled an event with your dad years ago here in Orlando, Florida on one of the toughest patterns I’ve ever seen at 37 foot flat. It was a cool experience as I crossed with him. The guy was super helpful.

My first time meeting parker was a night i'll never forget. My town had a classic league 2nd shift starting at like 930 at night after the wed mens league. Parker's brother in law (Leslie and Chrissie's brother) bowled in the league (I'm from a small city in indiana right on the michigan border) and Parker came down to watch him bowl one night. In walks Parker to this small town bowling center and it was like Tiger Woods walking onto a public golf course. He was so generous with his time. He stopped and talked to every single person who asked signed every autograph took every picture. He signed a picture for my sister for me for her birthday and it was the the best birthday gift i've given her yet. Just amazing still all these years later how nice and giving of his time he was. He just wanted to come down and relax for a night hang out with his brother in law maybe give him a lil advice drink a few beers and what not but instead took as much time as needed for everyone. I"ll never forget his generosity.

Thanks for sharing this! (As Justin writing this) It's amazing to watch how he'll never turn his back on anyone, regardless of the situation! I've watched it year after year at journey gold when he wouldn't take his lunch break because he knew they're was a line of people!

OK, but then what happened? Did the bowler make the spare? I see this combo from time to time in my senior leagues. I've never left it but then I don't throw an 8# ball at 7 mph either.

I grew up watching PB3 take care of business on the lanes. Saturdays at 1 or 3 PM were destination television. Go out early, get some lunch, then come back and watch the Pro Bowlers Tour on ABC. When Mr. Bohn made the broadcasts, that channel wasn't switching for anything, not even an afternoon Mets game. Thank you for all the great memories, and bring on the future and some Justin & Brandon tour wins. :D

I've watched Parker on telecasts since the early 90s and he's always been one of my favorite bowlers to watch. I hope his kids have equally successful careers in whatever they do, and if his sons eventually bowl on the PBA Tour, I hope they both have just as much success as their father had.

This was GREAT. I had the honor of meeting Parker for an in-person 2-hour lesson a few years ago. My dad was a big bowler and I practically grew up in bowling alleys. As a left-handed bowler Parker was one of my favorite professional Bowlers. I even had a chance to meet him in the 80's at a few Pro-Am events. At 61 years old and having him work with me one-on-one was an honor I will always remember. I recently moved out of New York earlier this year and still follow Parker and his son's success stories....

Trick of the camera. They're the same length.

@@hugebear53It's actually not the camera, these are shortened lanes. It's not a real duckpin alley, it's a scaled lane similar Highway 66 from QubicaAMF.

And please help me parker. Ok, im 52 ok bowler i guess used to avg. 205 to around 215 on good yra. But last 5 or so down to 195 to 205. And 200 even this yr. And no joke i rarely e even miss thw pocket oh im lefty. But. I and leaving at least 10. 7 pins ea. Week and cant stop it. Is there anything easy tip to try to cut it down. Oh and i started bowling late around 25 yrs old. Had 150 avg. But i adore bowling but she is hating on me lol.. i have 4, 300 games 1 eve 7 yrs. But cannot get my ultimate goal,,,, 800. 786 3 yrs ago opened in the 10th to miss it😢. Could it be equipment? Because i am poor. And ball for 20 and shoes for over 20 yrs. But live my old buddy
