Sir I have an question ..agr hmm apne house ke saath new room attached kre to old slab(छत) & new slab(छत) jo combined hogii ...to in future leakage to nhi kregi .... means iski guarantee h ki Bo leakage nhi krta .....ki after kuch years ke Baad leakage lg pdta h krne Plszz reply sir 🙏

Contact a good structural engineer and get a proper drawing. Then execute the work with all desired quality parameters.

If the contract has FORECLOSURE, Then not only the party offering contract can end the work earlier, but the other party can also end the project earlier , right ?

Yes the agency can request the client to foreclose the contract.

@@civilengineeringexcellence I mean it goes both ways. Both parties can end the contract with a 1 month notice if needed, because a FORECLOSURE is stated by 1 party.

shrinking cracks observer after 5-6 days later . Pls suggest to fix this . Are they harmful to slab and rods?

They are only at surface and not harmful.Still you can sprinkle some cement slurry and fill the cracks.

I mean to say to that agency would submit a case claiming that the project/ contract has not been completed due to curtain reasons i.e. inclement weather, fund delay, issues in drawings, etc.

You must analyse the reasons based on facts and figures and work out extension required. This will avoid dispute at a later date. Feel free to write whenever you have any doubt
