Ok, so this first exercise if I'm right is missing what state this partner wants to ship his wine too. I did a quick check and that info is needed. Unless I'm missing this fact it's not written. Thanks.

The videos by Attorney Peritz are excellent. She provides clear and concise guidelines for legal research as well as an abundance of valuable resources for further exploration. She maintains focus on the objective of the lesson while simultaneously placing it in its context within the legal system. She also provides direct instructions on how to apply the lessons. I highly recommend her lecture series.

The Boss is at a winery and he can transport 9 L personal use across provinces and since New York is Upper Lower Canada Ontario applies so ONLY if he buys from Californian Canadian SOIL and is at a WINERY and not a retail store and if he does NOT SHIP IT as that is illegal BUT he and his cohort can each carry a 9 L bottle of wine in transport! Agreed? Y/N Thanks to Justin Trudeau in 2019 prior andsince IGNORING ALL LAWIN CANADA and he IGNORES the SCC and IGNORES CONSTITUTION ALSO then now everywhere CHAOS and backlogs in courts over CRIMINAL and CIVIL and NOJUSTICE for SERIOUS CASES as backlogs are allowing murderers and rapists to go unprosecuted while he systematically dismantles courts doesn't fund them and closes them and they tried to sell entailed land which is illegal! He then set up DRUG CARTEL stole BILLIONS transferred BILLIONS to AMAZAON illegal never funded Canada post and he shut down ERS in pandemic KILLED and MURDERS PEOPLE calls it MAIDLAW kidnaps elderly KILLS THEM and STEALS THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS ASSETS PROPERTY AND MURDERS THEM then he steals more tax money for German car companies while NO SCHOOLS NO COURTS NO JAILS AND NO JUSTICE NO LEGALDUTY COUNSEL AND CHAOS but just THEFT OF TAX DOLLARS TRANSFERRED TO STOCKS OF FOREIGN COMPANIES HE OWNS . Police sell drugs and drug dealers murder and no arrests ! Kidnaps torture murders anddrug cartels by government. CHAOS!

Do Paralegal Studies students read the same casebooks in their classes that law school students read in their classes? Do Paralegal Studies students answer fact patterns in their classes using the Issue Rule Analysis, Conclusion Meathod in their classes in the same way that law school students in the United States Of America are required to do?

Thank you for the abundance of information! Great representation on how to use each site and explanation of what each docket motion etc is used for and how to find case law pertanent to your case and loved that part about finding what judges tend to lean more towards in their cases...which I never even knew was something to look into but makes perfect sense!

Hi Loreen! I came across your videos and subscribed to your channel recently. Your videos are so great, I wish I would've came across your channel sooner, especially months ago while I was finishing my Paralegal Program. I have already graduated, but I am just so thankful to have access to your videos, that I had to leave you a comment :) I always go back to them, especially this one, because they help by refreshing my memory and teach me even more than what I learned in my Paralegal Program. Thank you. I noticed you haven't uploaded a video in a while, but I am hopeful we'll see more in the future! Hope you and your loved ones are doing well and staying safe out there! God bless!
