Hello, thank you, prevent effect of global warming, New energy from sea will change world soon, minerals and temperature of water and air from sea are huge source of energy, reduce more than 50% using fossil fuel, fresh water, fertilizer(minerals+O2,N2,C), electricity, zero pollution, economy will rise, I invented new method base on designing this machine, it produces 150Megwatt/hour and 20000M3/DAY fresh water and fertilizer, using power magnet of machine as catalyst to separate N2 and O2 from Air , using jet plasma machine that it compresses gas(hot Air) in isolated structure in water pool with more than 80 % efficiency, it has two vertical cylinders, in first level it transfers compressed gas(hot air) temperature from engine to sea water in pool for steam electric generator, steam combines with high cold Air pressure to produce pure water and electricity , there are other source of energy that with international cooperation in coastline we can reduce effect of global warming, further more we can prevent these phenomena like cyclone and flood and wildfire , ocean water level will control by using this hot seasonal atmospheric condition, recent years in summer, geothermal energy happens in surface of coastline, there are many countries in coastline with seasonal hot weather and water condition in comparison with middle Ocean, its more than 12 degrees ,this differences must decrease, in sum-up, by using this energy not only is economical but also reduce global warming in countries like Japan, China, India, Mediterranean countries, Iran, Brazil, Mexico, Us, Canada, (Africa and Arabian countries....) . I invented new method base on air pressure rules and quantum physics ionization sea water minerals in strong dynamic permanent magnet(SMCO) with special frequency(1500or 3000)/minute bases on paramagnetic and diamagnetic particles and electrical microwave electron wave field and electric chemical reactions and photon wave from semiconductors with special angle Cations like(K+, Mg++, Na+, H+, H++, li+, H2, ...) are transferred to in the second level into up level by vacuum pump from storage into combustion chambers and they combine with O2 and N2 ,... as major part of fuel, they increase speed of machine, modern induct Gearbox to control speed of opposite direction, for producing electricity and fresh water (removed minerals by accelerate ionization system from sea water) and fertilizer. . 7 methods zero pollution for reducing global warming I mentioned in my profile. (G20 countries can solve these phenomena like injury and death, billions of US$ in damages).

Adjacent could be defined better if proof was shown that wetlands are connected via ground water. We can change this ruling with awareness, evidence, and collaborative efforts.

I can only hope that my local university in Toledo will begin conducting similar experiments and contribute studies like the zooplankton one in this webinar. My ecology professor from a couple years ago (Dr. Hintz) was one of the first to really teach me about the negative impact of road salt on aquatic wildlife. He focused primarily on fish. Great human being that doesn’t get enough help because the awareness is not there in our area.

Great description of the background and importance of the Land and Water Conservation Fund, first envisioned in 1958 by the Izaak Walton League's conservation director, Joe Penfold who wrote and championed the bill to create the Outdoor Recreation Resources Review Commission.

Does temperature affect the results of the hach chloride test strips? If so, should the analysis be done in a controlled environment and sample at ambient temperature? My plan is to use the PC60 meter from Apera to measure conductivity, TDS, salinity, and temperature. This will be used to compare results from the salt test kit and view trends, etc.

Hi Plarux, thank you for your question! Temperature shouldn’t influence the ability of the Hach strips to measure chloride. Please let us know the results of your comparisons. As I’m sure you know, each of those (conductivity, TDS, salinity, and chloride) are measuring different things and can only be compared in a particular stream or waterway. Some of our partner organizations are working to learn more about trends and comparisons especially between conductivity and chloride. If you have any further questions, please feel free to email us at [email protected]!

As a contract applicator, I have experienced everything that you talked about regarding over-salting in order to avoid lawsuits. If only other states could adopt New Hampshire’s coverage for compliance. My test kit arrived today and I looking forward to providing data for Toledo, OH. Thank you for everything that you do!

There is no doubt we are loosing our grasslands and they are critical to so much. But the premise that "development" and red cedar are the reasons are ludicrous, they are a drop in the bucket. 50 million acres over the last 10 years is because of this? Complete non-sense and just plain dishonest. Please speak to the real reasons we are loosing our land, it's largely our energy policy and the green energy lobby effort. We didn't loose 50 million acres because didn't have the grasslands act, we lost it because of our failed energy policy.

Look at any aerial image of the Midwest and you’ll quickly see a mosaic of large monocrop agriculture where native prairies use to be. That’s the primary issue. The secondary issue is weeds and invasive species that could be controlled by prescribed burning. I’d rank energy policy relatively low on the list whether that be fossil fuel development or solar/wind farms in the grand scheme of things.
@davelessard3688
@davelessard3688 2 жыл бұрын
@@drewhollern1415 The primary issue is not that the land is a monocrop landscape, that's the entire point of this argument, the primary issue is to why do we need that much more land for agriculture? To expect us to believe that 50 million acres in the last 10 years have been tilled up will be solved by enacting the Grasslands Act is ludicrous. Using cedar and invasive weeds as an argument is lazy and dishonest, those percentages are tiny in comparison. Maybe there are 49 million acres of weeds and invasive species? Come on. As long as we continue to burn Ethanol this problem with grow. Since 2005 more than 40 million acres were tilled up to support Ethanol production alone, now Biden calls for more Ethanol that has been proven to be a negative carbon effort. For a energy policy to fail in such a way now it's an emergency and we need the Grasslands act to save it is so shortsighted. Then expect us to believe that "housing development" is also contributing to this is insulting. Of course it has an impact, but what about the other 98% of the land loss? Create a crisis, then regulate the crisis solution is what the Feds do every time.

Mr. Izaak Walton---visionary pioneer of the codcast & all streaming-services! I believe the man deserves the recognition to which he's entitled, though he never angled for it. The actor portraying the famous piscine-pursuer clearly was well-cast.

You really need some instructions for one step in your FAQs. Tell us how to report conductivity readings. "I own a conductivity meter. Can I use that to take part in Winter Salt Watch? Yes, you can join in Salt Watch by using a conductivity meter. In fact, it will likely yield more accurate results than the test strips, and we would love to have that data on our map. We can send you Salt Watch cards without the strips, or you can choose to take a picture of your stream and comment on the results you find."
