This is a work of art tantamoint to a sculpture. It isn't at all easy and as usual with these things they are let down by very fiddly detail at the end of the job. I think if I atempt this it's going to be a disaster!!! Got to try though. Disappointment is almost built in I can feel it already!!! Follow up - I made it and it was OK albeit a bit like a dog designed by the person who designed Concord !!! Still I give a good like for this one here it's the best I've seen.

This looks like a slow, step by step tutorial variation of the Robert Neale dragon, which is easy to customaize. I made a group with various head and tail variations. Some folders like to graft on a head, like from the Kawasaki dragon. I've made that head but not able to make it small enough for my dragons. A viewer thought this was a flapping bird variation. So how about uploading a slow step by step FB, which is suitable for beginners?

So cool and fun. I started making 折り紙 just yesterday and was able to complete it successfully. I put it on my partner's desk while she was on a meeting to let her smile. Thank you for this!

You, sir, are a literal godsend. I am putting together a miniature Diagon alley for my sons 11th Harry Potter birthday party this year, and I have been trying for the life of me to figure out how I’m going to make a dragon for the top of the Gringotts storefront. This is such beautiful, articulate work. Thank you for sharing your talent! It’s going to be epic!

7:26 is there any more explanation of this step? I'm really confused by this Edit: Okay, i get it. Now I'm confused by the tail and head haha. I ended up giving up towards the end and skipping that weird part with the triangle left over because it's like 10:50pm rn and I'm a bit frustrated

Folding this dragon from a 3" square is fantastic! I've made cranes from a gum wrapper and will try to "transition" one into a dragon.
