The more videos I see of the DR650 the more revealing it is of just how good of an all around bike it really is.

I was riding dr350 before and after few road bikes im going back to woods, and i was wondering if i should but f800gs, will it make it in that kind of places. No i see i can be good.

Just curious, what makes you choose the dr650 over other bikes? I have a drz400 and love it.

Big thumpers never sound great with loud exhaust. Way too rappy. Maybe it’s the high pitch. There’s no meat to it. I find the 40f0 GSXR muffler to be ideal. Nice tone but not obnoxious. Nice riding though

I just bought a DR650. The clutch safety switch for starting caught me by surprise. It requires a 'full' hence, 4 fingers pull. Thereafter the gear changes are ruff (clanky) with 2-fingers clutch pull/control. Can the clutch be set for 2-fingers or must I adapt to 4-fingers for dirt road riding?

Too much torque on that monster. Should be illegal.

That's a pretty decent sounding pipe, I've been looking for an Arrow pipe for my 14 DR650 but I think they no longer make them, I had one on my 99 XT600 and it was the best sounding bike I've ever heard! some brands of pipes for the DR sound like crap but now I'm considering the Dominator, how do you like the quality? the Arrow is the best money can buy I might even have one modified to fit the DR.
