This is truly amazing. Need more plane spotting videos at YYC. Just curious about where you were plane spotting? Like what’s the location of this hillside you were on.

@@TyNovakAviation You’re from Calgary correct? I understand that a lot of Boeing 787 Dreamliners are found in Calgary and it’s essentially the main hub of WestJet, aka my favourite airline. Was kinda sad that they got rid of Swoop back in November but it is what it is. 🙂

Yep I am from Calgary. Luckily I didn’t fly WestJet on my trip because their Dreamliners broke down and got replaced by -800s for the whole time I was in Mexico. In fact one of the flights a Dreamliner was supposed to carry got replaced by a Swoop. Wouldn’t be fun if you purchased a pod on the Dreamliner! 😂

Cool learjet, but... it's standard courteous consideration not to film passengers get on or off corporate aircraft. hence the term "private" jet, i did hear one of the passengers inquire about you filming. just sayin'!

That was some superb photography and the music was just so right. Well done Sir. ZM421 was the last of the first batch of 22 delivered and 6 more will be ordered this year (2024). They, like all new aircraft, had some settling in issues but these were resolved pretty quickly and safely. They are a very impressive freighter as they can deliver twice the payload, twice the volume over twice the range at a higher cruise than a C-130 and can go into harsh environments where we wouldn't want to send one of our C-17s. I would hope that when the RCAF come to replace their older CC-130s they will take a long look at the A400M as an option.

Just returned from Puerto Vallarta with WestJet, Max 8 both ways. I’m 6 ft 3 and was amazed at the legroom in row 7A. Great Aircraft.
