If you one time enrolled in classes therefore teacher and Bhanzu team not responce as per your problem. My daughter already enrolled in maths classes. There is no improvement. I am faced verious problem. Bhanzu team not discount classes as per my request. It is very bad platform.

First trainer of my son was left around 105 sessions actually that trainer did good. Then another teacher starts the session. I noticed she was close session early than one hour so I checked the recording her timing less than 55 minutes in last 9 session timing as below, 10/07/2024 - 51.15min, 06/07/2024 -54.00 min, 03/07/2024-43.00 min ,29/06/2024-39.00 min, 26/06/2024-52.00 min,22/06/2024-52.00 min,15/06/2024-54.00 min, 12/06/2024-53.00 min ,08/06/2024-30.00 min. But the teacher not stop the session keep her recording till pass 55min. I complain on 04/07/2024 - Ticket Id 00975003. Customer care Jennifer said class recording till above 55min. I asked her to check inside of video when the class was over. Her replied as “Trainer had other sessions scheduled, which resulted in the sessions ending 5-10 minutes early.” IS THIS THE CORRECT???. TRAINER NEXT SESSION SHOULD POSTPONE TILL THE CURRENT SESSION ENDED. Then call another lady and asked me what is the issue I explained again so she also replied me as same “Trainer had other sessions scheduled, which resulted in the sessions ending 5-10 minutes early.” I informed the timing so she said she will check quality and call me back on next day. But she did not call me. I send again message to customer care Saturday. Then she call me and said she will inform to trainer about time and apologies for the mistake. I told if you cannot continue as agreed refund my money. She said give one chance I accepted. But in the same day class was only 54min. 11/07/2024 I messaged her and asked what is this you were not doing as agreed refund my money. She said she advised trainer to continue class till 57min.I asked that is the reason Trainer was stopped class by 51min. She said give one more chance I told I have given a chance, but you are not doing as agreed refund money. She called me and pass to her manager named Rishali. She promised the class will continue till 55 to 57 min after the call. I agreed and inform this is a last chance. 13/07/2024 The class was there as we agreed and trainer informed my son today is the last day of class 126th Session completed the email will send by email. In app there is class till 150session and next session 127th indicated on 17/07/2024. I asked customer service and Shahanaz what’s going on here. Shahanaz said Monday she will let me know. But still no feedback. Keep message her in WhatsApp she replied yesterday “we are checking internally give me some time” but still no response. Tomorrow the next session what should we do. WE DO NOT NEED ANY MORE CLASS WITH FIGHTING REFUND MY MONEY NOT RECOMMENDED BHANZU ANYMORE. BE AWARE THE CLASS WILL CONTINUE AS TRAINER WANTS NOT AS INITIAL AGREED. SESSION WILL OVER BY 126 NOT 150. WE PAID 5,000 SAR FOR 150 SESSION. CHEATED US WE DO NOT WANT CLASS ANY MORE REFUND OUR MONEY DO NOT CHEAT IN EDUCATION. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TRAINERS HAS NO EXPERIENCE AND NOT GENUINE. DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILDREN TO THE BHANZU. 16/07/2024 one person called me and said if the student satisfied class will over. Where did you include this cause in initial stage. Two agents will mention two reasons, and this guy was refuse the previous status of customer care. My son some session over 30min, 39min,43min. Bhanzu one session topic less than 30min, 39min,43min. Be aware they are playing with time and the class sessions too. Refund my money I do not want to waste my time and money. I am earning money without cheating peoples. Find good business, Bhanzu.

Guys plz don’t enroll ur child in Bhanzu , im stuck with them for 4 months , once u pay the money they will stop calling you , take h for granted but before that they keep chasing you like a cat . I want to resume my classes but they keep pushing me here and there like a dodge ball . No reply since 2 weeks . But I have to attend their call if I miss that’s my bad they will never revert back . I’m from Canada overseas parents plz donot enroll their service is realy pathetic . Teachers r not so professional too looks like some back home tutions .

This is not true. They are fake. I paid 1000 GBP for the course and agreed to receive welcome call with in 24 hrs. But I haven’t heard anything from them after 13 days. Very worst team. There is no one taking responsibility about the issue. I have been asking many times but no proper response at all. Please don’t spend your hard earned money. I don’t know the one who contacted they are real employee of that company. I am trying to file a case internationally to get my money back .
