I appreciate the amount of times you dbl check the sizing as you work, allowing you to make the small adjustments that can easily mess the job if not done properly!!! It shows true care in your work too!!! ❤❤

So what do you recommend if after changing mags I still keep on jamming ?
@MatthewHarvey-yv4hi12 күн бұрын
it might be the recoil spring. you might want to change the recoil spring to an MP5 or sp5 recoil spring
@brwhyon8 ай бұрын
First two rounds on mine did the same, about turned white when I saw the rounds, counts myself lucky. Is there a replacement spring or fix for this that is kosher? Thanks for the info BTW.

So I just purchased this firearm amd im having the current issue of double feeding and jamming how would you recommend fixing the issue in hand. I heard yiu mentioned something about tue recoil spring being to stiff
@MatthewHarvey-yv4hi10 ай бұрын
this fire was originally designed to me a machine gun not a semi auto so the recoil spring maybe to heavy so the bolt cant fully cycle.

I picked up mine black friday 2022 for 399. Im glad you posted this because the manual isnt very detailed. I did have a problem with it firing multiple rounds with a single trigger pull. I contacted Utas and they were very prompt to respond and send me a return label. They fixed the issue and had it back to me within a week. I like the gun but prefer my Stribog hands down.
@nallie1010 ай бұрын
Mine did the same thing. Multiple rounds per trigger pull. UTAS was not responsive to me so I just replaced the trigger and now it works like it is supposed to. Probably not a gun I would count on if my life depended on it. Fun to shoot, none the less.

100% agree don’t purchase this firearm. UTAS sells cheaply made Turkish firearms under “Made in USA” receivers. I had bolt hold open issue, FTE, FTF, safety selector falling off, and the same stubby rounds you have here in this video. UTAS is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. Their phones don’t work, email doesn’t work, and forms online their website for contacts don’t work. Finally I got Lipseys to call the sales rep who said some guy named “Abe” tried calling, which was not true. Waste of money.

Abe is one of the current owner, they had contracted work out to our machine shop . We did machine barrels and receivers even did stuff for the utas 15 shotgun. The guy is rat . there are some quality parts in some of them if you were luck enough get one fully machined parts here In the U.S. we ended up left with a bunch of barrels and lowers we could not use.

Appreciate you my friend, the owner's manual doesn't explain fully how to field strip it. I bought mine at a gun show for $480 with taxes brand new so I couldn't pass it up. Can't wait to get it cleaned and oiled properly now that you've taught me how to strip it down. Thanks again for the tutorial.
