I think it's horrific youtube doesn't show this in the search. I literally had to type "Indian" to find this. I thought you had deleted the video. KZbin instead shows a bunch of unrelated videos

🧠 Brain Hacking without Nootropics - Andrew Huberman's podcast provides science-based tools and techniques for optimizing cognitive benefits. - Followed a neurologically right routine for 14 days without using supplements. - Routine divided into three major categories: Morning, Linear Phase, and Non-Linear Phase. - Morning routine includes waking up at a specific time, drinking salt water, delaying caffeine intake, meditation, and exercise. - Linear Phase focuses on repetitive and analytical tasks, following the ultradian rhythm of 90 minutes of work and 20 minutes of rest. - Fasting increases focus and attention, while carbohydrates are needed for recovery. - Non-Linear Phase is the most creative time of the day, best for brainstorming ideas. - Good practices for better sleep include elevating feet, keeping the room dark and cool, and deep breathing. - Yerba mate tea can increase focus and boost fat burning. - Following circadian rhythm by exposing oneself to light in the morning and darkness in the evening. - Notion template provided with links to Andrew Huberman's podcast and research.

Such a busy routine. For to do this every morning one should be a student on a holiday, or jobless man, or just a rich guy without many work and life tasks to do. Absolutely inappropriate for most working people in the world. Albeit this being a good video and an interesting routine (not only one correct and fit for all though), average person needs more real-life plan.

In the Humberman's Routine, it mentions that "Eat dinner with some higher-carbohydrate (i.e. starchy but still complex) foods and protein to promote relaxation and sleep", but you say that eat dinner with more sratch and less protein. So which one is correct?

A tip for people following this routine, cold showers right after workout can have some negative affects on muscle hypertrophy I'd recommend using a sauna after a workout, you can include cold showers into your routine before working out!

For a working woman, this routine is impossible to implement as we have to leave our homes at 7.30 morning, have to cook & carry lunch & travel, after office hours it is almost 7.30 pm in the evening and again cook eat clean & go to sleep…thats a reality..🤷🏻‍♀️

I have a doubt. if you drink salt water every day and you even have salt in foods ryt. so, wouldn't this lead to pre-mature white hair or grey hair?
