If giving top damage did guarantee you 2 tops, then people would make riskier plays in order to receive top dmg, leading to more deaths/nexuses. (With strong characters)

para can be really nice esp with gemstone and for larger groups of gods i would opt for t7 since that has really good dmg on the first few targets unlike cnidarian. Rust scept is also solid but doesnt burst as hard so it feels bad. Fulmi imo is just not good compared to these others for dmg.
