You're so strong! You didn’t start crying until almost 30 minutes into your story. I was already sobbing in less than 10 minutes of watching your video. 😅 I’m not planning to move to Costa Rica, and I’m not adopted, but I just happened to find your channel, and it felt really good listening to your videos while I was working. Remote work can feel isolating sometimes without much contact with other people, so I enjoy listening to random, but amazing channels like yours.

Love how she actually shows how shes living. Thats what people want to see! Amazing home.

Google Nauti-Luz Beachfront Villa…. What is your opinion of this area? We have been there and love it but it is very Tico. I’ve been looking at building a small spot just east of that area maybe 10-25miles.

We def plan to move in the next year, how crazy would it be to drive from Florida w/ a regular truck n trailer? Have a property in mind and would love to bring my own tools/gear. Would there be taxes n such on those items coming through the countries?

Beautiful video Sarah. I always wanted to go there when I lived there but never made it :( Next time, I know what charter to use, thank you! That little animal is a Peccary! Looks like a pig, but not the same family. It's illegal to keep them in captivity but we have a special government license at my Central Valley ranch to rescue and keep animals that can not be released back into the wild. We had one and several other native wild animals! Although very cute, they have 2 killer teeth that look like fangs and can be dangerous to humans if approached, so you did exactly the right thing!!! Glad you enjoyed the day!

I watch alot of these type of videos I have to say the way the town is shown n insight was really refreshing most just walk or drive but don't really give information but not too much lol

I have a EU passport and can also stay up to 180 days in Costa Rica.

It g he as been said that a lot of doctors in CR are trained in the U.S. How is medical care in Panama.

When I travel to South America once a month from the United States, I always flush the toilet paper regardless what the laws says or their customs.

We will be on our way as soon as our house sells. That’s the only holdup! We’re looking forward to a better way of living!🤗

The only things I've found to be *significantly* more expensive are top quality tools. In many cases, they can be up to 5x the price here at a Ferreteria vs Home Depot in Canada. Cars are more, for sure, but you have far more brands to choose from. And imported food is sometimes lunacy. But buying most import food is silly. Eat local!

Vehicles are more expensive in CR, than Canada for sure. When you go to sell, they hold there value and have less depreciation.
