In case someone is interested: this a three-phase BLDC motor, in outrunner configuration, wired in a Wye configuration. Each phase is wound in 3 sets of 3 coils, with each set of 3 coils spaced 6 coils apart (ex: green wire feeds the phase that uses coils 1,2,3, 10,11,12, 19,20,21). In each set of 3 coils, the wires are coiled CW,CCW,CW (CW=clockwise, CCW=counter-clockwise). The magnets are glued on to the hub in a pattern that alternates between North and South. The magnets don't totally align with the coils, as there are 27 coils and 30 magnets. For the 200W version that I have (the one in the video is 350W, so the numbers are different): for each phase, there are four wires that are coiled in parallel and each coil is wrapped 16 times. The number of coils in series and number of times the wires is wrapped around each coil determines the voltage. The number of wires in parallel increases the max amperage. From the video, it looks like there are 7 wires making the 6-coil jump, which makes sense, because if 4 wires allows for a 200W capacity, then 7 wires should allow for a 350W capacity, as 7/4 = 350/200. That means there should be 7 wires in parallel for each phase, coiled 16 times around each coil in the phase's pattern.

ATTENTION: Do not drain cooling liquid on the ground unless you want to potentially poison any house pets in your area, be them your own or your neighbors. Cooling liquid is also supposedly sweet which just makes matters worse as it may attract animals to drink it, but again, it's poisonous and will result in death.

Yes, try conneting the 2 motors in off , without the controller , remember that kind of motors are a gen to , make some turns to 1 motor &see whats goen on with the other if its not turn at the same side interchange 2 phases till you got it !! Sorry 4 my language im just try to help 😜

That's what mine is doing just now. It literally will not pull it's own weight out of it's parking space until it's warmed up. I'll get on to the garage and try replacing the glow plugs. Thanks for the video!

I spoke with somebody regarding 2 motors 1 speed controller as long as the motors don't overload the amount of watch that the controller makes it works 2 2 50 W motors would run on 1 500 W controller I think

could someone explain why bad glow plugs would cause the smoke. im having glow plug issues and need them replaced and mine also smokes a lot when started but I didnt think the two were linked.

never use tap water as coolant, it will leave mineral build up on thermostats and sensors, and make the car go to shits. only demineralized water or real engine coolant. airfilters are great too if you want you engine to survive a few years :D

Question. You removed the front undertray. I have a Megane it also has the 3 10mm bolts. But the trim is attached by torx type screws to the bumper. Yours seem to have been removed. Did you remove them? If so what size, do you recall? Cheers
