Bee-u-Ti-Ful! Absolutely love this car. I plan on getting one in 2025 when my a class is up, I cant wait, they are going dirt cheap currently for a 2021/2022 with less than 30k miles so hopefully in another 6 months theyll be even less again. Bmw service plan and your away!

i love this car and thinking to get one . Like you say, many of the reviews out there put you off this seems really genuine. Do you still have the car? How do you find it now? Do you find it too rough for urban driving? Any problems with the space in the cabin since it's a bit tinier? How's the noise insulation in the cabin?

If you're worried about economy then don't buy a sports carr.. My m235 gets 23 in the city and 32 on highway.

Thank you for uploading this. I couldn't recall how it worked. Not sure when I will use it, but now I can. That outside video really hammers home how subdued they made the sound with new regulations. I wish they still let you folks have the fun exhaust over there. Under hard acceleration in my '21, it sounds pretty glorious popping into gears! I also like that when you just want to drive, it's not loud or even worse, consistently LOUD like (say) Mustangs, especially in eco mode.

I have owned my M235i now since April 23, never knew how to activate and use launch control until now, so thanks very much, I will certainly give it a go. Nice Rolex watch too, couldn't quite make out which one it was, but looks like a white dial. DJ41 maybe?

Just purchased mine. It will arrive in June 2022. I hear alot of bad feedback regarding the look of the back. I actually love the back. It looks amazing like the m8. What's is not to love about this car? I think the people that talk bad is because they can't afford it

The adaptive LED headlights you have on your car does it have the cornering lights integrated in the headlight housing pointing at an angle down onto the road?

You get lots of adjustment options with the electric seats. I'm not that tall and have no problem finding a good driving position.

i got mine back in may as well, love the car, rear end could be better tho, if it resembled a 8 series more as opposed to the x6, the car would be way more popular, i just like to think of it as the bmw version of an audi s3, with a hatchier rear end.....i love the car it's cool, def quick and handles decent, but i'm getting older and i'm 6"4 , it's cool but i think at 27 it's time i get something a little bigger, would've enjoyed it more if i was 21, but at my age i feel like i need to step it up to a m550 or an m3.

what i've found from driving the M235i and M135i is that when you first rev them they crack and pop for the first 4-5 revs but then stop. Almost like after too much popping the system cuts it out for a bit till you drive a bit more or turn it off for a short while. If you had stated the videos by revving in sports I believe it would have cracked and popped then moving down to comfort or eco it wouldn't

Nice video mate, keep up the good work. I've just collected my m235i in storm bay, CP, TCH and Pro. Can you physically see the sensors for the boot, for the gesture kick to open? I don't think I have this option.

Congrats on the new car dude 🙂 I don't think you can see the sensor, you just kick dead centre under the license plate. If you have comfort access it should have it.

@@jlricardo4627 Thanks dude, the cars a beaut, coming from a 2017 cla 45 aswell. Its literally leaps and bounds in every department apart from the exhaust note lol. Just confirmed today with bmw I don't have the gesture boot because of the semi conductor shortage. Glad I didn't get those leather seats lol 😉 alcantara for the win.

Hey man. An aftermarket exhaust shouldn't void your warranty. Check with BMW first. The pops and bangs are more coded into the car. So for something consistent you'd probably need an ECU tune. Which could void your warranty. But don't think they're even available yet.

Meant to get one of these in October, but its being pushed to December. Your videos on this have been great, oddly it seems the sounds from exhaust vary from video to video on this even comparing the UK based videos. Looks a good car, can't wait to get mine.

I waited 5 months in total for mine. And I ordered in January. The delay definitely sucks. I think I learnt every M235I GC review word for word while I was waiting. Hope the wait goes quickly for you! If there is anything you want me to cover in an upload, drop me a message.

Well since I made this video it doesn't really sound like this anymore 😄 it just changes whenever and at random. Basically it sounds inconsistently OK sometimes!

Loving the videos dude, keep it up. Can I ask what height you are? I seen another reviewer talk about the M235i and he said that he probably wouldn't get it because he was too tall (6ft) and done a lot of motorway driving. Do you find it spacious enough in the driver's seat?

Hey. I cannot imagine a scenario where someone over 6ft would have an issues with this car. It is the same size as the 3 series used to be, and it is roomier inside than the old M140i. Which I am guessing many people over 6ft once owned. I am 5.9 and although not the tallest. There is enough room behind me to recline the seat/go back much further. Lots of people complain about this car, mostly trivial things from RWD purists. 90% of which are not really true. The only complaint I have is the rear windows don't go fully down and the steering is a bit light. Other than that, I find it comfortable for long drives and perfect for what I need it for.

Do the lights only dance about when it automatically switches on high beam or will they move about with dipped beam on too?

Depends on what is coming towards you and how much Street lighting there is etc etc. Most of the time you only notice what it's doing on a motorway or dark road.
