1:07 For 12 years, I believed Angel Rice created the kick double. people went crazy when she did it and she even had a hollowed out segment in the 2014 steel routine for it. I distinctly remember people copying her after she did it, and the audience would be wowed. I mean hers looked way better than that but still everyone thought it was a brand new skill no???

As a former competitive cheerleader, I like to watch routines from today, but honestly, I feel competitive cheerleading from 2005-2009 was so entertaining and creative. By far this routine created the standard of what competitive and entertaining cheerleading embodies!
