7:27. One of the most beautiful instances of a guitar crying. Bucket is just a master

My dad introduced me to buckethead back in 2005. He passed away December 2022. I find peace listening to his songs, and think of my dad. He had a wig, mask and several KFC buckets with a funeral sticker. Im glad he introduced me to his music.

When other bands do stuff something something, but when buckethead does something, something better.

Fun fact: Padmasana is Sanskrit for Lotus Position, which is the common position used in sitting meditation. I've seen threads of Buddhism in his discography at times, and if you listen to his 2017 interview he talks about using visualization to help himself overcome stage fright (visualization is a very common meditation technique used in Vajrayana buddhism). Needless to say, he is in touch with and very interested in exploring the vastness of mind and sharing those experiences with us in 300+ albums. Awesome!

To classify Buckethead as a "shredder" is such an over simplification of his talent, composition, phrasing, and over all musicality. He is just so much more than a shredder!!!
