I know what you mean, it seems like they used to be able to be bought and much bigger discounts but now they are pretty much priced similar to regular sales just based on their condition. I think it could be because of there being fewer of them over the last several years, and a sellers market

Hi @iklutzybean1519 I wish you had come across my page sooner as well. Many homes in the south are "Pier and Beam or Pillar, Post, Pier" so that alone shouldn't be cause for concern and hopefully you're getting a Home Inspection. Theres 3 entrances. You forgot about the entrance off youree drive. Between the book store and captain ds. I .bought my home in the neighborhood back in 2016, only paid 159 but It had never been uodated. .

Great information, thank you. I do keep hearing that nobody is buying houses because they are waiting for interest rates to go down, so it's interesting to see the actual facts show differently.
