I actually did laugh out loud in the first 20 seconds. She was hilarious.. Punch in the air, swinging her arms.

Wicked. These two nuns were incredibly naughty as were the 2 actors - Carol Herman and Eve Sigall. The script was so very good. Would there be more please?

This is not humour. It seems more like mockery of mindful meditation which many people practice and get results over a period. It's a difficult practice to start with but doable and and also like any modern medicine the results vary from about 60-70% to even 99% in many cases. You can read many (free) research articles about its efficacy on the US Govt.'s National Health Library / Pubmed.

This is humour, but I’d just say it’s not your kind. I’m here to see the challenges this trainee teacher is having in his own head at this time, but not to have a mindfulness lesson myself or to judge anyone in the real world. I’ll save my meditation for later today.

Your response is a bit aggro for someone who practices mindfulness. It’s a great critique, those teaching mindfulness are not immune from the range of emotions we feel as human beings. They get irked, angry and fall out of love either things. What works for some doesn’t work for everyone.

IN 1977 or 78 I went to a Reds game with some students and 5 to 10 nuns from Edgecliff/Our lady of Cincinnati and they drank a LOT of beer. Beer was being made in Egypt around 2000 BC, I read some paper that somebody theorized that was why some people abandoned nomadic lifestyle.
