Very simple question. Initially we had first sent an email to his Chief Advisor Ms. Andrea St. Bernard, in October 2023, but got know where. So we thought we will try the big boss man "Mr. Climate Change" himself seeking his assistance and guidance on who is responsible in his government for signing up or such UN- programs. We later learned that person designate is called Designated Signing Authority. Every UN member state has such a designated high ranking civil servant usually in Ministry of Climate & Environment. So while he giving speech about "Tourism Stakeholders" should step forward the BIGGEST Tourism stake holder and proposed tourism project is sitting on his desk being ignored! Make a long story short we are still waiting to hear from "Mr. Climate Change" who has never missed an opportunity to jet- off to a destination to attend a Climate Change Conference on the Grenada tax payers dime! Brothers ands sisters dont let the innocent baby face fool y'all. This Dick-CON fella is diabolically evil and corrupt. He has been blocking a UN- backed Climate Change eco-resort project in Carriacou for a year now, even before Hurricane Beryl that destroyed Carriacou & PM.
