Hi. I got an issue. Im new in drones. I also buyed Mini 3. Ive connected everything and u wanted to try it in my apartment. I wannit to start from the floor but when i pushed the left control stick forward my drone was "driving" forwards on the floor :/ Maybe its IMU calibration problem ?? When i start the auto fly mode my DJI climbs on 1,2m and every control stick works very good. But still i cant fly manually. I want to have full control on start. Best regards from Poland 🙏
@stephenfphotography15 күн бұрын
Check out the manual takeoff part of this guide to double check you're taken the right steps: support.dji.com/help/content?customId=en-us03400006838&spaceId=34&re=US&lang=en&documentType=artical&paperDocType=paper If it still doesn't work I'd get in contact with DJI 😊
@thebes289113 күн бұрын
Im sure i use control Type 2 so it should work good in both, auto and manual take off. I did as it was in manual guide but it was not working. Maybe i didnt do IMU calibration in right way. But still... I dont understand why everything is okay in auto start mode... Instagram account of DJI didnt help me :/

I have a question, I’m thinking about buying one but I’m not sure. On Amazon half of them show the controller having a screen and half don’t. Is there a special model that comes with a screen?
@stephenfphotography21 күн бұрын
The newer version of the Mini 3 has the screen built into the controller. It's definitely worth getting one with the screen as it saves you having to set up your phone every time you fly 😊

The Lumix GF2 is still the best-ever camera that I have ever owned. (I had used 16 different models/brands before). Expecially coupled with the pancake 14-42 lens. I bought it in 2011, and over the years as I compared the pics taken with this one vis-a-vis others like Olympus OMD-EM10, Lumix GF85, GF8, Fuji XA-1, etc, it is still the best. Best in terms of the "3D realism" of the photos (a lot of others like flat), realistic, life-like colours, very decent dynamic range, excellent sharpness...reasonably powerful flash. And yes, even with just 12MP. !! Unfortunately, its touchscreen has died, and some of the buttons also don't work anymore. I am looking for a reasonably-priced replacement for this old faithful.

Is this a good starter camera for car photography? I'm new to photography and I only have a budget of 300 dollars at most
@stephenfphotographyАй бұрын
I think you could probably pick up, for around 300 dollars, something a little better. I'd say to try and find something with an aps-c sensor if you can, maybe a viewfinder and some more manual control buttons/dials? I'd love to recommend some but I'm honestly not sure how much cameras are selling for in the US 😂
@asedos9095Ай бұрын

This is such a strange thing to say to a fellow content creator. Photography is subjective and interpreted differently by everyone - I strongly recommend being kind and positive towards strangers you come across in your day-to-day life, it'll do wonders to your soul ☺

@TDtog2112Ай бұрын
@@motorvelo no you were being a dick
@DigisnapsssАй бұрын
@@motorvelo if you're going to be critical, it's often worth providing constructive feedback also, and specify what you don't like. Creator's can learn so much from their audiences input and if you want to be critical also be helpful. was it composition, edits, location, focal length what was it specifically you didn't like. Cos a comment like that doesn't help anyone, and taking the time to comment you might as well be helpful.

I've shot Instax (Mini) and polaroid (600 / I-Type) and what I've learned with instant / integral film is that the cameras themselves can make a huge difference to the image. On instax I started with a basic fuji but quickly got frustrated with the forced automation and the bad lens, when I moved to a Lomo'Instant Automat with it's manual overide features the results I got were fantastic. Similarly with Polaroid I started with a Sun 660 and whilst the results are good, its obvious it has a plastic lens. I recently moved to a modified SX-70 and the results are stunning. If you have the chance to give one a go I'd highly reccomend it!
