I honestly do not understand how people think this is a hard thing to achieve. I have never had an issue with getting women but, like this dude here, it's just too risky at this point and the benefit is maybe thirty minutes of pleasure depending on the partner. Point being/long story short, this is not a big deal buddy, you aren't losing a single thing of value. I have a friend with the same problem. He is strong lad, have problems with memory and speaking, but he survived and he stabilized his life. But man, he put so much work to learn speaking again (still he have problem with grammar but it is much better). So I believe that you will progress with time - I am keeping my fingers crossed brother!
