How can you get evidence of private harrassment behind closed doors? Sneaking a video recording of the abuser? It seems like that is unreasonable. The only reasonable evidence can be testimony by the victim under oath in the court. Which, is pretty damning because either side can lie and nobody can do anything about it even if it is a crime to lie under oath. The only other reasonable evidence I can think of is providing proof of costs to replace destoryed personal property by printing out retail listings of equivalent items and tha fact that I don't have them anymore. The whole thing has to go on people's words, "they said they threw it away" for example. Then the other side can lie and say "no I didn't" and then what? It's a private matter behind closed doors... there has to be a reasonable person standard or something like it wherw it'd be unreasonable for an individual to go through the trouble of filling out all the paper work, driving to the court house and showing up for hearings without legitimate concerns...

They call him with terroristic, threatening, and so forth and so forth I really need to do a civil harassment order and keep him out of his house for at least three years if not more but it would cost a lot of money, unfortunately

Left him home alone claims all kinds of diseases and pretty much we could say goodbye to him because his disease is really progressing when we saw him. They came out on their investigation and thought my mom has purchased some food. and she’s allowing my son over there. She’s still trying to keep all her control. My husband who is a federal officer and he’s trained in dehydration wanted to take my dad’s vitals she said no and don’t come over if nobody’s home. Also, her son sent a message that they were putting up cameras and nobody from my family is allowed to go over there. He’s an alcoholic and he’s done financial abuse to my dad. i’m actually my brother’s power of attorney since 2014 but he’s dangerous and he has a gun. I’m afraid that my dad‘s going to die before we get him some helpI know he wants to stay in the house and we’re trying to work with her, it’s not going too good. I am hoping that there can be more people coming and checking on him that are mandated reporters. I don’t wanna traumatize my dad by taking him out of his home but at the same time it’s very unsafe. Hello my charge was vacated by a judge after I was deported. The judge stated that I was a minor and my lawyer didn't pursue juvenile sanctions and didn't inform me of the immigration consequences. I recently had an IR1 visa interview and was denied because of this charge that was vacated. The visa officer asked me for proof of this vacated charge and I did not have it at the time.
