Why would love scenes be censored. What country is this from?

The story was kind of confusing, none of the characters were likeable, and there was really not much to the „supernatural“ aspect. I found the characters underdeveloped and cartoonish. Nothing about this BL compares to other, much better series, like My Stand In which also had a supernatural element to it, or I Feel You Linger In The Air. Shame, because I liked both males leads. I didn’t care for the second couple, I’m no fan of cheating, murder and vengeance plots. Give us less NC scenes and more story. Where was the resolution, how did Great and Tyme find to each other after being both shot? It felt as if there was a whole episode missing.

@@UTleochi I agree ...I mean, I didn't get the plot to be honest. Also, I don't get what was the significance of that woman whom Great hit...like...I don't get it. Tyme's doctor friend and his research didn't make sense either...I don't know what I watched.

Hi! Tyme - Great: good actors and very handsome men, but between them there was no chemistry. Their kisses were almost boring. Korn and TonKla - very intense chemistry. But Korn looked likle TonKla's father or much older brother. TonKla had nice chemistry with this policeman, so I think, that this actor can have good chemistry with many other actors (younger and more handsome then Korn).

I wouldn't hold your breath fir a 2nd season I don't care what anyone says. They still haven't given us s3 for my star nor s2 for shoulder to cry on and stay with me. Also the young man acting as Wang is already back into the kdramas. He has a new kdrama series coming out so I'm not sure if he's even available to do a 2nd season or if he even wants to. Good luck with that. Keep it on all our wish lists though. Can you research other series and try to find out what's happened to all our one hit wonders, as I'd like to see them again and to see where they all went. How about the other 2 leads in best we love just as a starter. There are so many good actors that received roles but haven't been seen since hence one hit wonders. I actually think I have a list around here somewhere. I did love the series though ❤❤ thank you

I sorta remember an interview where the director said that this one, "The On1y One" is supposed to have a happy ending. Of course they are going to ride it to glory spreading it out over 2 seasons because we have all fallen in love with the characters and the story. He actually commented on the sad ending of "Your Name Engraved Herein". I have never been able to watch that whole movie… just bits and the end and the end is not happy. I am keeping my fingers crossed that we get the happy ending we want in the "The On1y One".

When I heard about the potencial 2nd season I thought: I'm not going to like the end because probably stop at a crucial point for us to want to see the sequel? I confess that it's the high quality of the series that makes me watch ep after ep because I hate open endings and really hate sad endings. And the bad thing about second seasons is that there's an high possibility that they can never happen or take to much time to be aired.

‘Stay With Me’, is a 24 episode remake of the Chinese series Addicted. In this series it includes scenes where the lovers are caught in bed by Bai Luo Yin’s father and they have to confess to him that they have become lovers. His father does not object, but when Gu Hai’s father retired General, Gu Wei Ting finds out he beats him and threatens to send them into the military. (He is also the stepfather to Bai Luo Ying). The two of them decide to run off together so that they can stay together but are eventually found by the General’s henchmen. The series ends on a cliff edge when Gu Hai was driving Bai Luo Yin’s car which was involved in a bad accident when the controls and brakes stopped working. Gu Yai was in a coma in hospital. We don’t know whether Gu Yai lives or dies. In the SECOND NOVEL, on which Addicted/Stay With Me was based, Gu Yang (Gu Hai’s cousin, who he calls his brother) visit’s the hospital and admits to Bai Luo Yin that he sabotaged his car trying to kill him not realizing that his cousin would become the victim. He contrived a story blaming Bai Luo Yin for the accident saying that he grabbed the wheel and had video evidence to prove it. If he was found guilty, then Bai Luo Yin would have ended up in jail for many years. Gu Yang agrees to help him escape abroad on the proviso that he never meets up with Gu Hai again. Gu Yang tells Gu Hai that Bai Luo Yin was killed in the accident. Gu Yang arranged a false funeral and grave using his money and influence to bribe officials. Gu Hai becomes very depressed when he realises that his lover is dead and thought that he had killed him in the car accident. Eventually Gu Yai found out from Gu Yang that Bai Lu Yin had lived and had moved abroad but he didn’t know to which Country. Gu Hai began a desperate search for him but failed to find him. He started a new company which He called ‘Hai Yin Technology’ to include his lover’s name, and over the years this became very successful. BaiLuo Yin became a top-ranking military pilot. Ya Ya Jing , one of Gu Hai’s female employees, to which he was close, asked him he could pretend to be her boyfriend so that she could comfort her mother who was soon to die and wanted to see her daughter married before she died. He agreed to do this, and they were seen in public together. 8 years after the accident, Bai Luo Yin unexpectedly bumped into Gu Hai at a party where he was accompanied by his pretend girlfriend YaYa Jing. He became jealous of them because he still loved Gu Hai. The two had a confrontational meeting with each other but later reconciled. Bai Luo Yin arranged through his military contacts for Hai Yin Technology to receive some large military contracts. Bai Luo Yin’s mother, Jiang Yuan persuaded him to go on a blind date with Di Shuang the daughter of her best friend. He was happy to do this to make Gu Hai jealous. She was an employee at Hai Yin Technology and worked for Gu Hai. One day Bai Luo Yin visits his new girlfriend at her office and was seen by Gu Hai who got very jealous. Gu Hai decided to get engaged to Ya Ya Ying and invited Bai Luo Yin to his engagement party to make him jealous. Bai Luo Yin agreed to go but was sent on a dangerous mission by the Air Force during which his plane crashed, but he managed to escape before it exploded. Gu Hai was worried when he didn’t show up to his party and asked his father (wealthy retired military General) Gu Wei Ting to check with his contacts the whereabouts of Bai Luo Yin. He finds out that his plane had crashed. Gu Hai immediately leaves his party and goes to the area where Bai Luo Yin’s plane crashed to look for him. He finds him in a swamp. He contacts his cousin Gu Yang who arranges the rescue of them both. Gu Hai confesses to Bai Luo Yin that he still loves him and that is why he came to rescue him. Bai Luo Yin asks him to break up with his fiancé so that they can be exclusive lovers. He also confesses to his girlfriend Di Shuang that he loves Gu Hai. She is furious because Gu Hai is her boss, and she resigns from Hai Yin Technology in a huff. Gu Hai asked his fake fiancé Ya Ya Jing to tell her mother the truth about their false engagement. To her surprise her mother did not get angry but wished her daughter well and died shortly afterwards. Bai Luo Yin followed Gu Hai home and the two of them showered together and enjoyed penetrative lovemaking with each other. The next morning Bai Luo Yin woke to find Gu Hai cooking breakfast. He went over to him and apologized for leaving him 8 years earlier after the accident. The two agreed to never leave each other again. End of story.

I’ve read the novel and if they follow that as they have been doing so far then it’s a happy ending eventually in the end, it’s just that they will separate because of the parents but get back together years later. It’s a good novel.

Please rest assured, although they will be separated later, it is the original work that makes everyone feel that they really love each other. The plot when they reunite is also great. The two people only care about each other.

The first season will stop when they are together, and they will be separated and reunited in the second season. Because the first season is not long enough to broadcast the separation, EP6 will only broadcast about 40 chapters of the original work, and they will be together until 70 chapters of the original work.

The story is from a novel, it’s a coming of age BL. The majority of the novel is about their school life & how they fall in love, they took a long time to finally act on their feelings & becoming a couple so I assume the series (season 1) would be only about that. ⛔️Potential SPOILER⛔️ The angst appears with their family trauma, coming out & homophobia they face, in the novel their parents are not married tho (maybe they will end the series with a cliffhanger) There’s also a jump of time, years passed before the ending, that’s why you noticed how they have old phones in the series, because the ending is them as adults, so when you watch it, those are the memories of their coming of age/love story. It’s a happy ending in the novel so I believe they will follow it but the angst & sadness is strong in this one.

i hope they will find a way together....liked how JIANG gave up going into a dorm to remain with WANG,,,,,,,,and he said they would remain together forever.......it has been a wonderful series so far....like how the boys are accepting the parents....WANG eating the mother's cooking/etc/////// really does not need a 2nd season-can wrap it up now with both getting into university...and rooming together

Everyone’s Happy Ending is not the same. Maybe their Happy Ending is finding someone who truly understands them. Like each other. I mean not in a romantic way, but as truly brother’s, or very best friend’s. Sometimes in life you will have these type of people in one’s life to move on and grow up. I am loving this series no matter how it ends. ❤❤❤

@@ajkichurants2185 I think my problem is that I see every BL and other gay productions as a political act, in the face of the suffering still imposed by society on homosexuals, such as prison, death, prejudice, expulsion from their homes, bullying, etc. I have a utopian vision: BLs should serve as a positive reference for LGBTQ+ youth, something I didn't have in my adolescence and that made me suffer a lot. Regarding poetic license, this can also be an excuse for evil and incompetence.

Agree if they date or whatever in their personal lives is none if our business they have their one person thats their comfort zone as a partner for series and then a big group ofriends which i think is great all humans should be this lucky just let them be the actors they are and dont get mad if they expand their careers you cause them to hurt each other and lose a friend cause you want them tohave the personal life you see not what they are

Its a bit different compared to the novel but I still think Ming is a walking red flag both in the novel and series lol. I know that every boyfriend is not perfect. There are boyfriends or girlfriends who started out to be toxic due to their past trauma and stuff. But it all goes well if they try to change and hopefully Ming did changed. He is not perfect but he tried to be a good boyfriend for Joe and I think that is realistic. What's not realistic is Tong being forgiven even though Joe's gun injury is indirectly his fault. I will cure at Tong forever!!!! btw... I really like Poom!!! He is my new idol now. His eyebrows are just beautiful and his eyes are just sweet to look at. I am happy he is becoming famous cus you see that he is a humble person just by looking at his interview. One thing about him is that he loves food lol. Just like me~ cus Poom and I are both Tauruses.

Aww, glad that you found your Taurus twin 😂 And I definitely agree with your views on Tong. There wasn't much of a redemption arch for him except the supossed portrayal that he loves Ming's sister. The ending was a little too Fairy tale-ish... But it's okay... We all live for that. 😅
