You race to win.! You do everything to win. Thats why they build a team for winning. Thats all racing is all about. If you dont want to win certain stage then your not a bike rider. DS lacks motivation. He only encourage them win they on the break or a certain stage. What a joke. Stop being safe everytime. Go and win some more. Be hungry

Still waiting for a video about the most important staff member: the saddle height expert. Or maybe even a whole long term documentation: a rider wants to change their saddle hight by 1 millimeter, then the two-month decision process, the refusal and expulsion of the rider from the team.
