But i will advice you buy smaller quantity of each tigernuts first and make to determine which you’ll prefer to always use and you can always use the two. And don’t let your dates be over too much, and yes dates are safe sweeteners..it’s way better that sugar because they have lots of benefits, yes it makes the drink sweet and we use it also because of the benefits as well. That’s cool,quality is better than quantity in business, once people know that your drink is quality and 💯 natural they will always patronize you. Hmm 🤔 it’s ok at that price because things are so expensive now.. but what I can advise is that you buy everything you’ll need for the business then take some for testing and costing.. Subtract the cost of everything used from the once sold, the remainder is your profit.. this way you’ll be sure you making gain and you’ll be able to tell how many bottles you get from each paints of tigernut and also your profits. Tips: • Use pure water when blending for your customers safety which u can add to your table of contents on the sticker that you used purified/ treated water. Might be up to 3 to 4 to 5 bags, it depends on the quantity you are blending. • Go to a commercial blender that has lots of blenders for different purposes, to avoid altering the taste of your drink. I wish you success in your business.

The most important part of preserving it is putting it in a deep freezer(constant light) trust me this way it will stay intact and secondly must reduce the amount of coconut used

No I don’t add cloves to my tigernut drink at all but i add very little ginger seldomly. You can add ginger if you like it but as for cloves, i don’t add to my tigernut except Zobo drinks cause I think it always utters the taste if not measured properly according to the quantity.

Yes i added them immediately because i had already boiled the fresh pepper to get rid of the sour/fresh pepper taste( so that way it has cooked) so i added the proteins and stock so the proteins can suck in the stew but i didn’t add the fish immediately because it can/might break

- 1 paint of tiny Zobo leaves( can also be mixed with the big Zobo leaves) but the tiny leaves is more juicy) - Pineapples (2) optional - Cloves (the 200 naira own is fine) -Ginger (500 naira is fine) or more depending on how you like it - Sugar (optional) no need of sugar if pineapple is used / dates can be used in place of sugar( for more natural drink)

Yes i sieved after blending( it’s a compulsory step) I blended using the commercial blender. For a better understanding of this step pls watch the second “TIGERNUT VIDEO” I also posted the link under this comment section for easy access.

I don’t put any preservatives in my drinks but I always make sure to tag 🏷️ in the production date and expiration date on the drinks… I just make sure my freezer in on and there’s 24/7 light…. That way it stays for days

But a derica of dates is sweet for a paint of the milky tigernuts… and 75% of a derica(that is not up to a derica) is sweet for the sweet tigernut… I also showed the two types of tigernut in the second video…

No you can’t if it’s not soaked… I don’t soak mine because it spoils quickly when you do so I grind outside… And even the soaked one sef, the blender has to be a strong one that can blend well and not spoil
