Its a great mod, but what drives me crazy is that when i attack a settlement or castle and order my soldiers to follow me, less and less soldiers follow me, not because they died, because either they are stuck at a door, because two soldiers want to enter the door the same time, and then they just stand there, or they just run away in the middle of a fight because they got hungry. The only solution for both is that i repack them to my inventory and redeploy, and after that i need to instruct them to follow me again. So even if i kill all the enemies and get the loot, before i could leave the place, i need to go around and check every single buildings, floors and rooms to find my "lost" soldiers. This is so stupid, i dont know why do the devs not change this, this makes thee whole fighting so annoying.

I cant figure out how to use the command batons. I can only get my soldiers to do anything if i craft a command order and move it to the right slot in their inventory but this is a very complicated way But in youtube videos i dont see anyone using these orders, not even the unkeep order. I tried to use an iron command baton, i select a soldier by right clicking on him with the iron command baton, but then dont know what to do. When i scroll with my mouse, i can see that the commands change, but the soldier is not doing anything, i also tried to use the Z button to execute an order. Didnt find any helpful video on youtube either (just one, but that didnt help) I would appreciate if someone explained the steps how exactly command my soldiers. Thanks a lot.
