2018 what a year for limerick.At 1 stage in the semi final against Cork they looked to be gone but they came back. I have being supporting limerick since the 90s.I thought I never see the day when they win 4 all irelands in a row. Best team since the 30s.They had a good team in 1973 when Limerick won it for the 7th time. Limerick had a good team in 74, 1980, 94,1996 and 2007 but could not win the All Ireland Final.😅😊

You will It could be in the next couple of years. At least you have being getting to All Ireland finals. Limerick did not get to an all Ireland final between 1941 to 1972.Won the All Ireland in 73,lost the next 5 finals 74,80,94,96,2007 until they won it in 2018. My father was from Dublin Drimnagh. Now dead 2 yrs. Most people want to see Mayo win an All Ireland.

YES YES YES!!!!!!! ! 8 Exclamations marks as Lovely Limerick edge past Gallant Galway!!! Phew !! That sure was sweaty as Galway put in a barnstorming finishing and it looked like 1994 ghosts all over again but Limerick just hung on !! That last 9 minutes of stoppage time was pure torture!!!! Well all's well that ends well and I have indeed secured my 900 euros net profit!! But that was too close for comfort!! Time Now 6: 32 .58pm on Sunday 19 August 2018.
