I had this problem and people thought I don't shower or brush my teeth which is crazy. I've been to the dentist way more than I would like. I've gone to doctors and tried to explain bad breath or (TMAU) and they looked at me like I was crazy. I was so frustrated that I had almost given up, until a friend recommended me Doctor Okouromi on KZbin, an alternative herbal medicine that did wonders for my body and cured me after 2 weeks of his herbal treatment. 💯 I'm glad I'm free and I hope others can be cured too. Because I know what it feels like to be a victim of (TMAU body odor). Doctor Okouromi's herbs are the best cure for body odor. 🥰🥰🙏🏆🎉🎉🎉🎉

Approximately 20% of the population has sleep apnea according to the sleep institute. The average age of death is 62.4 years for a sleep apnea sufferer. So, according to these numbers, sleep apnea is the number one killer. Unfortunately, cause of death is put under the categories caused by sleep apnea such as heart disease and cancer. The metabolic disease resulting from OSA triggers all sorts of illnesses.

Unfortunately, Emotional Regulation doesn't appear to be topic that is widely discussed or practiced in our culture. You were either raised in an emotionally mature family or you were not. Sadly, I was not and only learned about it after being treated for childhood CPTSD as an adult. I had no capacity to meet my emotional needs and fell short meeting my families needs. 😢

My grandfather passed earlier in December 27, 2024 from kidney failure related complications. And we didn’t notice anything indicating something deathly wrong, right up till the last day. He was having issues but was getting better, we were over for dinner just a few days before he passed. He seemed better as well, before his treatment he wasn’t eating as much, and he only recently started eating more of his favorite foods. He finished his last treatment, thinking it was over, we had high hopes. A few days after Christmas, we got a call from my nana, just saying how he’s been just shivering all day, and that no amount of blankets were helping, he said he felt cold. They thought it would get better but it just got worse through out the day. When she called she us about it she called an ambulance to bring him into the hospital. He not long after he arrived he suffered multiple heart attacks, soon passing after failing to be resuscitated. Please be cautious and be very diligent with these symptoms. Keep a note book even so you can keep a log of any changes in day to day life. Call your doctor if you or a love one is experiencing the lightest change in routine. It could save their life.

I had no idea that both my carotids in my neck blew out. I could hear swooshing sounds in my ear and the doctor said I had tinnitus. It wasn’t until I lost my vision that I was taken seriously. I have one stent near the base of my skull and the other side is 30/40% blocked so I just get yearly CTA’s. I am on blood thinners. It’s scary living with this but hopefully I can grow old with it. Appreciate you doctors who save lives.

What doctor should I see for carotid disease?
@afcop1317 күн бұрын
@ I went to the VA and they did a CTA with and without solution. Once I had those results I went to an Interventional Radiologist/Neuroradiologist. I had angiograms and then he did my stent. Good luck.

Doctor Jason Fung recetly uploaded a video that contradicts the traditional belief that someone engaged in weight training needs 1.6 to 2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, as this is considered the optimal amount to repair micro-damage through protein synthesis. In contrast, a sedentary person typically requires just 0.8 g per kilogram of body weight. He explains that 0.8 g upto 1 g per kilogram of body weight is sufficient to build muscle and anything extra ingested protein turns to glucose and stored in the cells so body utilises even even little amount of protein most effectively without having to take so much protein It is the only video uploaded on his channel on KZbin that recommends the most little amount of protein needs to be taken while here on youtube vast majority of muscle building videos explain that those who train need to consume even upto 2.5 g/kg of body justifying it referencing to various studies

For an average person 0.8 grams per 1 kilogram of your body weight is more than enough. If you do a lot of heavy weight training than you will need an extra 1 gram of protein per day to compensate for muscle tear. And don't fall for bs that you need to use protein shakes, they just want your money, as an average North American gets more than enough! protein from their diet
@albondigas97642 ай бұрын
Easier to get a more protein heavy diet with protein shakes. The average American diet has too many calories while getting the required protein intake.
