You didn't use the diatomaceous earth correctly. You need to sprikle it all over the top of the soil while dry.

Nowhere can you see in video or in text the name "Gnatrol". I was initially searching for a chemical called maybe Natrol and got no results. It took me a while to think "wait a minute, could an anti gnat powder be called Gnatrol?" DOH! 😂

If you’re worried about plants dying just get pothos and they’ll probably outlive you

I'm actually waiting for my first 3 females and 2 males to arrive. My friend is (I hope) getting the extra 5 females (all donated by a friend in Germany). I prepared a nice divided terrarium for them (100lt approx). But watching your video,I might suggest to do a quick visit to my 8 yr old DS son's mainstream school so the kids get to know them and like them as pets instead of being scared of them. I don't plan on breeding them unless I have demands that are not for being feeders. So glad I watched your video. Thanks so much!❤ 🇧🇪 🇨🇵

Thank you for putting out such a comprehensive video!!! I am a 58 year old grandmother and have kept kissers as pets for over 15 years! My kids and now grandkids have loved them😊. Others (friends, coworkers and relatives), on the other hand, think I am a bit odd, lol!!!😂

Place a paper over the Beetles and they'll stick to it and then lift the paper and move them easily. they like the dark so they'll hide under the paper.

I have a ball python and a bioactive enclosure for her. It has about 2-3in of terra firma (premade soil from the bio dude) 2 golden pothos, and a dwarf umbrella tree. All of which are alive and well after 2-3 months. For the clean up crew i have dwarf white isopods, Armadillidium peraccae isopods, collembola white springtails, and a couple different soil mites that snuck in. My only issues are the springtails going straight to the water bowl and breeding inside it (making the water bowl a pain to clean because i know im throwing away hundreds or i have to find a way to get them back into the soil without just dumping the 3 day old water in

Wow that was very helpful. I've had my terrarium for about 9 months now. I added isopods and millipedes from my garden and the springtails and slug came in with the moss, How do I change out some of the plants and moss without disturbing the insects?

I’m making little habitats for them in my garden. Many canes. I’ve found them sharing their homes- one upturned pot had 3 toads, at all times. Cannabalistic? I guess if food is scarce. They say that about the Agama lizards (FL), though I’ve never observed this. I find the females are very congenial and even share their food- somewhat.

Hey, i raised mill and super worms, got into discoid roaches. These were for my grand daughters leapard gecko, she has moved. Is there a market to continue the effort of raising these bugs ?

I keep every species of my roaches in bio-active set ups except for red runners as most roaches are tropical and prefer it damp and warm rather than dry... I also keep isopods with them to eat their fras, uneaten food stuffs and corpses so I never need to clean them out.

First of all, Great Video thank you for the insight! I’m starting a small colony for my bearded dragon. If you don’t mind I’d like to offer some insight as well. I would suggest to us Kn95 masks. A surgical mask does not provide well protection against small dust particles or dust in general. The dust just goes around the mask when you breathe in. It may seem insignificant but if you’re doing this weekly or monthly over the term of your life it can cause issues.
