For some reason this particular video “shakes” back and forth!! Something glitchy in the imbed that doesn’t agree with my Roku tv. Bizarre. If I watch it on my iPhone it’s fine, if I mirror iPhone to the tv or watch it on the tv natively it shakes back and forth! Audio is fine!!! How strange.

I did the CUPpSS program as a trainer, and for some reason I have not noticed this program. There were a few things Walt Higgins (retired EPA now) sent me that made better sense than just using the monolithic Cupsps program. One of those was close to this and that was almost a decade ago and it was from Virginia.
