must be your gear selection spring on the right side of the engine you meed to line it back up . its an easy job

@@QUAFFSTUDIOS ok, selector segment are lined up as your, is it a spring om that you mean? Must I remove the couplimg? Gear 1-4 works perfect after I located the segment correct, but further upwards it is stop

@@QUAFFSTUDIOS thanks, mine looks tha same, have 6 cougs on the segment located symmetric around the right coug wheel, 3 up and 2 down. Spring is located symmetric on the pin. 250 GT Ram Air 1973

Great video ! I own a GT250 too, 1975. I have a serious problem with the 6th drive: heavy sound on road. Other drives work silently. Do you know how I can fix it? Must I replace this 6th drive?

you will have to find out why its making a noise could be a simple reason. do you have a video of it making a noise?

What paint and lacquer did you use. I got lacquer with my pigments but it's crap. Paint and primer stuck nicely though.

I found out the answer :) the sony zv e10 only uses a uhs-i not a uhs--ii ....its all a big learning curve

Nice build! Are those k&n pods you used? I have a 79 gs750 hardtail i'm working on with the vm26 carbs and I'm wondering what jet sizes to go to. I have heard 17.5 pilot and 117.5 mains. thanks!

i know its took me ages to reply but i just didnt know how to use youtube . the pods on the bike are just cheep ebay ones they do the job i didnt change the jets and it runs fine

i used 30 x 5 mm tube and bent them to shape the forward controls i made from 25mm tube and some threaded rod
