This looks great - I have stage 4 and although right now my treatment is going well ( ADT with Lupron and Apalutamide) and about to start Radiotherapy . I am sure that I could use this down the track to go for my 4 mets and do a clean up operation on anything else left. If there was a study in the UK I want to be on it

I want to be in on this trial! I live in Australia and have grade 5 prostate cancer, non-metastasized. I see several initiatives like this: the present reality of prostate cancer treatment should require nobody to undergo surgery. In a few years the old-style radiation techniques will be gone too.
